You can either go out the front door, or look above you for a grate leading to a ceiling crawlspace. Leaving L.I.M.B., you’ll need to make the now dangerous trek to TF29 and avoid the police as much as you can. If you gave Rucker’s evidence to Vega, she’ll let you know that the Juggernaught Collective hackers found that the account originated in Hong Kong that issued the orders, but has since gone offline. The bigger picture is still a mystery, and Alex certainly doesn’t trust Miller given the circumstances, but for now you’ll still have to report back to him. Inside, you’ll discuss what happend at G.A.R.M., and give Alex that Orchid that Viktor tried to kill you with. Otherwise, leave Chikane’s place, and the cutscene will take you right where you need to go (don’t count on this happening in the future).
Before you leave the helipad, you can talk to Chikane about your thoughts on the catastrophe that was G.A.R.M.
